Have questions about our pieces, custom orders, or timber care? We’re here to help. If you can’t find what you’re looking for below, feel free to get in touch with us directly.
1. Our Furniture & Materials
What type of wood do you use?
We exclusively use 100% solid native Australian hardwoods—such as Spotted Gum, Tasmanian Blackwood, Jarrah, and Marri. We do not use cheap softwoods, veneers, or flat-pack composite boards.
Why are there slight variations in timber grain and color?
Every piece of solid Australian timber carries its own unique history, knot patterns, and natural grain structure. These natural characteristics are what give each piece its individual warmth and identity—no two items are ever identical.
Do you do custom sizing or bespoke pieces?
Yes! Because we build and restore pieces individually, we can often accommodate custom dimensions or specific timber selections for your space. Call or message us with your room measurements and requirements for a quote.
2. Delivery & Returns
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Australia with specialized care to ensure heavy, solid hardwood furniture arrives safely in your home.
What happens if my item is damaged during delivery?
Please inspect your piece upon arrival. If transit damage has occurred, take clear photographs of the piece and packaging and contact us on 0470654068 immediately so we can resolve it for you.
What is your return policy?
Our products operate in full compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). We provide repairs, replacements, or refunds for major structural failures. For full details on returns and guarantees, please visit our Return Policy page or give us a call.
3. Care & Maintenance
How do I clean my solid timber furniture?
For everyday cleaning, simply wipe down the surface with a soft, dry microfibre cloth along the direction of the wood grain. For light marks, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap and dry immediately. Never use harsh household chemical cleaners, bleach, or abrasive scrubbing pads.
How do I protect the timber finish?
-
Always use coasters and placemats under hot plates, steaming cups, or cold drinks to prevent heat rings and moisture marks.
-
Wipe away liquid spills immediately by blotting (not rubbing) with an absorbent towel.
-
Keep indoor timber pieces out of direct, harsh sunlight and away from direct heating or cooling vents to prevent the natural timber from drying out or cracking over time.
